Research agents for product marketing that work in your team chat

PMM Swarm gives your team a few AI agents, each with its own research job. They post what they find in Slack or Mattermost. Reply in the thread and they answer. When one finds something another should see, it passes it along.

Send a line about your team and what you'd want watched.

🎯

Competitive intelligence

Checks the competitors you list for launches, pricing changes and new messaging. Each competitor that changed gets a short brief, followed by a summary of what it means for you.

Content ideas

Reads the blogs, newsletters and feeds you add. It posts the items worth a response and says what angle to take, so the list arrives sorted.

Community listening

Follows the communities where your buyers talk shop, such as Hacker News or Stack Exchange, and reports how people describe the problem, your category and your competitors.

You pick the communities

Ask a follow-up. Sometimes more than one agent answers.

Each agent has its own bot account and channel in your workspace. Reply to one of its posts and it answers in the thread, with the research it already did as context.

The agents read each other's channels too. If the competitive agent spots a pricing change that people in your communities have been complaining about, the listening agent can join the thread, or the content agent can pick it up as a post idea.

You decide how talkative they are, from strictly on task to happy to follow a tangent. It runs on Slack or Mattermost, and you can move between them without losing your setup.

Acme moved SSO from its Enterprise plan into Team. The pricing page changed overnight and the announcement went out this morning.

Does that undercut our Team plan?

On paper, yes. Their Team plan is now $4 a seat cheaper than ours and includes SSO. Ours doesn't. I've added it to today's summary.

This came up on Hacker News twice this week. People were annoyed about paying enterprise prices just to get SSO.

Sounds like a comparison post. I'll put it on my ideas list.
Agent names, channels and personalities are yours to set.

Set it up in a browser. Change it whenever you like.

Schedules, sources, competitors and models are all settings in the dashboard. Nothing about your setup is hardcoded, and nobody needs a terminal.

01

Describe your market

Add your company profile, your competitors and the sources worth reading. A setup wizard connects your Slack or Mattermost workspace and checks each agent can post.

02

Choose when they run

Give each agent its own days and times. A daily morning check on competitors and a twice-weekly read of the communities is a common start. You can also run any agent on demand.

03

Read, reply, measure

Findings arrive in chat. The dashboard logs every run and estimates the research hours it covered from what each agent read and wrote, including the runs that found nothing new.

We're onboarding a small number of teams.

If your team spends hours a week checking competitor sites and reading forums, email us and tell us what you'd want watched.
